Our activities vary depending on our multi-faceted approaches and interventions. We are involved in a variety of environment protection initiatives to prevent desertification, air, water and land pollution. We offer capacity building projects to the poor, marginalized and disadvantaged communities through skills training. These include Fish farming, Bee Keeping, Mushroom farming, detergent making, Shoe polish making and many other income generating skills. We also give care, support and help to HIV Positive patients. We assist orphans left behind by parents who succumbed to HIV and AIDS by paying their school fees, buying them stationery and school uniforms.
We help communities who live in remote areas with clean water and proper sanitation through borehole drilling, toilet building etc.
CEPPAD offers psycho-social support for people staying in rural / remote areas who are affected by drug and substance abuse.
People who have been incarcerated in jail are facing a lot of challenges. CEPPAD will assist them with toiletries, soap and sanitizers.
CEPPAD will also source and provide essential sanitary ware to female inmates saving their jail terms to maintain their sexual reproductive health.
Poor, marginalized and disadvantaged communities will be assisted with food hampers. CEPPAD offers Care, support and transport provision to poor, sick people deserving medical attention. We also give Sexual Reproductive Health care and support including female sanitary pads to the girl child and other deserving members of the poor and marginalized communities.

Poverty effects are evident across all the age groups in Zimbabwe. In order to mitigate the effects of poverty and help communities improve their livelihoods, CEPPAD Trust initiates capacity building, poverty reduction programs and income generating programs to improve food security and employment creation. These include fish farming, bee keeping, poultry, mushroom farming, detergents making etc. The planting of fruit trees and other exotic trees like pine and gum trees campaign is another initiative which will immensely benefit both rural and urban communities
In Zimbabwe our ecosystem is affected by a variety of human and non-human activities that cause our environment to be unsafe for both living and non-living organisms. CEPPAD Trust capacitates the communities in understanding their environmental rights and their impact on the environment. This is done through imparting skills and partnering with communities in protecting the environment from soil erosion, pollution and desertification. Communities are educated on how to protect their wetlands and other natural resources, the impact of overgrazing, rampant cutting down of trees, veld fires, poor drainage, unsustainable farming practices etc.
In Zimbabwe rural communities are usually lagging behind in terms of infrastructural development, food security and employment levels. CEPPAD Trust focuses on mostly community initiated development programs which include re- forestation, land reclamation, pollution reduction, wetlands maintenance etc. We also help communities in coming up with a variety of poverty alleviation and employment creation initiatives through establishing business training programs and income generating projects like fish farming, mushroom farming, bee keeping , detergent making etc.
